Shipping policy
At BangoCart, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related inquiries.
Shipping Rates & Methods
• Shipping: 2-5 business days
Please contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram if you need your order faster than that.
Note: Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and external factors.
Order Processing Time
• High Volume Periods: During high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Restrictions
• P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• International orders: We do not currently accept orders for delivery outside of Lebanon.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram or via email at info@bangocart.com within 4 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a solution.
Changes & Cancellations
• Order Changes: Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address or shipping method. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order.
• Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been processed or shipped.
